Questions about plans and billing
Can I keep using the tools for free?
Yes. Every PDF and image tool is available on the Free plan, and files are processed in your browser — they are never uploaded. Paid plans add higher limits, more AI requests and no ads.
How do I cancel?
Open Account → Billing and choose Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then. Nothing renews after that.
Which payment methods can I use?
Cards through Stripe, PayPal, and — for payments in Indian rupees — UPI, cards and net banking through Razorpay. The checkout shows the methods available for your currency.
What is a lifetime deal?
One payment instead of a subscription: you keep the plan for as long as the service runs, with no renewals. Some deals are limited to a number of buyers.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Choose the new plan on this page. Once the new payment goes through, your previous subscription ends straight away; time left on it is not refunded, so switching near the end of a period is best.
Do you send invoices?
Every payment has a receipt in Account → Billing that you can print or save as PDF, and we e-mail you when a payment succeeds or fails.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan stays active for a few days while your payment provider tries again. Update your card or payment method in that time to keep your plan; otherwise your account moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted.
